Writing very effective articles need not to be a challenging task. You can make it easier and hassle-free by simply keeping these tips in mind:

1. Stick with what you know. As much as possible, stick with topics that you know pretty well. Writing will become easier and even enjoyable for you if you're confident that you'll be able to explain your topics without a problem.

2. Practice makes perfect. Writing, just like any other task, will get easier and will get plain and simple through constant practice. Thus, I recommend that you make at least one hour per day and spend it tapping on your keyboard. If you do this, there's a huge chance that you'll get the hang of it in no time.

3. No big words please. Don't worry if your vocabulary doesn't include big, fancy words. You'll be happy to know that online users simply hate to see these words on articles that they're reading. Explain your thoughts using words that you would usually use when having conversation with your friends so you can avoid confusing your readers.

4. Develop an outline. This one will really do the trick for you. Before you start writing, think of all the things that you would like to include in your content. Ideally, you must have a clear idea on how you're going to start and end your articles. Additionally, determine how you can make your articles stand out from the crowd. Challenge yourself to be more creative. Don't be boxed up with the norm and instead, take advantage of your creative juices. This is one way to make sure that boredom will not eat you during the whole process. Use new concepts or new elements that might excite your readers.

5. Use easy writing formats. You'll be able to easily put together great content if you use how-to and question and answer format. These formats will help you share your thoughts and ideas in a no-nonsense manner.

6. Write your articles. Don't be pressured to finish your articles in a couple of minutes as this will easily tire you out. Instead, savor each moment and have a great time. Write as if you're having a fruitful conversation with somebody who wants to know what you know. Take pride in helping your readers and be very generous when giving out information that they can use.

7. Write first thing in the morning. This might be challenging to you especially if you're not a morning person. But I suggest that you at least try it. Try to go to bed early and wake up around 5am-6am when your household and surroundings are generally quieter. I've tried and it helped me think clearly and write even faster. With this writing schedule, I get to write at least 15 articles in 3 hours or less. Try it!

8. Work on one-hour segments. There was a time when I thought that the best way to multiply my articles is to write them for 3-4 straight hours. I was wrong. I've discovered that staying in front of your computer for that long will give you headaches and you'll surely run out of creative juices. As you know, headaches will not let you think clearly. So, I suggest that you work on one hour segments. Write and concentrate on your articles for full 60 minutes. Then, have a quick break. Go back in front of your computer when you feel that your mind and body are somewhat energized.

9. Use article writing tools. There are so many tools available in the online arena today that can help you speed up this process. For example, you can use keyword suggestion tools, anti-content duplication software, voice recognition software, grammar and spell checkers, etc. These will help you avoid doing other related tasks manually so you can save time in the process.

10. Need ideas? Go to forums that are popular among your target readers. Spend as much time as you need to discover new questions that they've posted or new problems that they're encountering. List them down. Then, determine which of these topics are related to theme of your website or those topics that will allow you to pitch in your products and services at the end of your articles.
